PORTLAND, OREGON 2013 begins our new series in Growing Coach Training. Are you ready? Come on in.

Coaching is about rising to become the best… as you walk alongside of another. Would you like to begin your journey to become one of those guides? Growing Coach Training offers lots of attention to what is important, playful and easy ways to learn, experiential break-outs for practice, and cool fun toys! Oh, we mean materials and coaching tools. This course is nationally “Board Certified” through CCE.

We’d love to have you attend our classes. Here are the five modules.

• Nuts & Bolts of Coaching (steps)
• Artistry of Coaching
• Building a Growing Practice

When you go searching for places to learn, take into consideration how available your instructors will be for you as a student. Here are some pertinent questions to ask:

• What kind of coaching will this course cover?
• How much will the course actually cost with training, manuals, extra books, and are there any other fees?
• Is this only lecture, or actual practice and experiential training?
• Where is the training held?
• Can I talk to the instructors and meet them?

These questions are some ways to introduce yourself to the coaching structure. Questions are what gets the process moving. You can begin by contacting us and asking us these questions to get you started in coaching. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Cat Wilson and Richard Aanrich have been offering Growing Coach Training for five years. Affiliate trainers such as Michelle Rios and Dr. Marci Nemhauser have contributed to the expansion and richness of the course. In that time the course has grown. Whether you are a coach and want more actual time in practice or are new to the process, we would like to offer you to opportunity to play in a safe learning environment. Of course, having the atmosphere, location right here in Portland, Oregon, and delicious refreshments can make it especially nice, too.

Interested in One Particular Module?  Coaches who need more “Playtime” or “Specific Skills” or “Wanting to Meet ICF Competencies” or obtain CEU’s may sign up for and attend one module. Separately each Module is $500.00. Contact Cat Wilson to sign up at 503.816-5104.

Growing Coach Certification Class is five modules.

Class Dates  2013:
Flexibility. Synergy. Teamwork

Our Coach Trainings are based on a class of 8-12. When class begins, instructors may adjust dates based on student and instructor needs.

Class Time: Friday 4pm – 7pm, Sat/Sun 9am – 4pm

UPDATE: 06-11-13  Due to special request of students, this course will begin July 19th with Module I.

Module I – It’s About You Architecture  June 21-23, 2013
Module II – Coaching using NLP July 19-21
Module III – Nuts & Bolts of Coaching Aug. 16-18
Module IV – Artistry of Coaching Sept. 27-29
Module V – Building a Growing Practice – Oct. 25-27

NOTE: Students are expected to practice additional hours outside of class, as well.
