Compassionate Communication & Choices
These are meetings held with individuals. Individuals can transform fears and/or stress into more resourceful behaviors, enhancing a sense of self worth, and improving personal health. As you reframe old beliefs and programming into more meaningful views your life takes on a a sense of direction, power, focus and fun!
Is a negative habit holding your prisoner? Come in and take off the leash, as you converse with all the parts of you. Discover the higher focus and become the best possible version of YOU! Old habits? You can change that!
Couples and partners can schedule a session alone or together to learn and practice skills of how to communicate with compassion and still be able to maintain happiness in making your own choices and living them. All people, no matter gender orientation, color, culture, or position we are happy to hold a space for you.
Whether it's study skills, focus, gaining a steady stance in public speaking, changing unresourceful behaviors, overcoming anxiety, pain management, or many other challenges you can come in and talk about them and find solutions.
Sessions are scheduled with both Cat Wilson and Rich Aanrich to meet privately to encourage discovery and help realize opportunity. Rex Jantze is one of our new Practitioners, who is ready to work with you using unique and fun ways of defining a new story.
These are client-centered sessions that focus on happiness for mental and physical benefit.
